  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1 cup of cashews
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts
  • 1 cup of oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon 100% raw cacao
  • 4-5 tablespoon of agave syrup
  • 2-3 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • small cup of oat milk


Grind the almonds, cashews, walnuts and oat flakes and put it in a bowl. Add a cacao, agave syrup, coconut oil and mix it all together ( i do this with the hands) and at the end add the milk. First add just half of milk quantity and mix it together until it unit well. If it is still to dry and falling apart add more milk till you get it right. Ideally paste needs to look like this:


When the paste is finished, form the round balls with hands in circle motion. To give it an extra taste roll the balls in to a coconut blossom sugar!
